WhatsApp & Messaging Policy

Please read carefully if you have been contacted via WhatsApp, Telegram, or similar messaging platforms by anyone claiming to represent White Brook Capital.

Fraud Warning

White Brook Capital does not operate WhatsApp groups, Telegram channels, or any similar group-messaging channels to solicit investors or share stock tips. If you have been added to such a group or contacted by someone claiming to be Basil Alsikafi or another representative of the firm, you are being targeted by an impersonation scam.

What has been happening

We have become aware of fraudulent actors using the White Brook Capital name, the Basil Alsikafi name, and in some cases photographs taken from this website, to recruit victims into WhatsApp and Telegram groups that promote specific stock trades, exclusive "VIP" investment clubs, or IPO allocations.

These groups are not operated by us. We have no affiliation with them. Any investment recommendation, trade idea, or purported analyst report distributed through such a channel is fraudulent, regardless of how professional it may look.

How we actually communicate with investors

What to do if you have been contacted

  1. Do not send money and do not share personal or financial information.
  2. Leave the group and block the contact.
  3. Report the impersonation to WhatsApp or Telegram directly, and consider filing a report with the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center at ic3.gov.
  4. Let us know by emailing info@whitebrookcapital.com so we can track the pattern and, where possible, take action.

If you are uncertain

If you are ever unsure whether a communication is genuinely from White Brook Capital, please email info@whitebrookcapital.com directly. We would much rather answer a question than see an investor harmed.
